Services and facilities

We have a wide range of services for visiting yachts; starting with the things you’d expect like fuel and water down to the extra touches such as our Falmouth Havencard. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have specific needs, and one of the team will try to point you in the right direction. We all know the town well and will try to help.

Our purpose built fuel barge is situated on Falmouth Haven’s marina and dispenses high quality petrol and diesel. We accept payment by cash or credit/debit card.  The barge is staffed from 8am – 6pm from Easter to September, but if you require fuel at other times this may be possible by prior arrangement.  Please avoid mooring alongside the fuel barge unless you are refuelling. For more information regarding fuel regulation click here.

Free high-speed wireless internet is available on the Marina.  Just connect to “Falmouth Harbour free wifi” and you can login via your email address, Facebook or Twitter accounts. Once connected, please remember to visit us regularly for news, tide information and the latest weather updates. Other sites that you might find useful are:

Guests using the Falmouth Haven Marina have access to fresh water for refilling tanks.  Following marine best practice, we advise that guests bring their own hose pipes to ensure the hygiene of their water supply. Guests berthing on a visitor mooring are also welcome to come alongside and replenish their water tanks.

Please do not throw waste of any sort overboard. Falmouth Haven provides facilities for waste disposal, including a refuse compound and containers for general waste. We also offer recycling facilities for your paper, card, glass bottles and cans. If you need to dispose of batteries and old engine oil, please contact the Falmouth Haven team. Disposal of out of date flares can be organised by our local Coastguard Agency, by arrangement. Find out more here:

Please also note that no black water – or sewage – is to be discharged alongside Falmouth Haven Marina or within the inner harbour. We recommend that the Green Blue environmental best-practice guidelines are followed, which state that holding tanks should be emptied at least three miles offshore where the wave and tide action will be sufficient to disperse the sewage quickly. Download the full Blue Green guidelines here.

Guests of Falmouth Haven Marina also have access to electricity, subject to finding an available electrical hook up. Pre-paid cards can be purchased from any member of the Falmouth Haven team.

Falmouth Haven’s guests can enjoy our range of facilities, including top-quality showers and toilets and a laundry area – superior amenities which are often praised by our many seafaring visitors. You can even consult the weather forecast on the LCD screen and listen to Radio 2 while doing your laundry…
